
CANCELLATION & SCHEDULING POLICIES
At Narjé Massage and Wellness, we understand that unexpected situations arise. To remain respectful of both our clients and our therapists time, we kindly ask that you review the following policies:
Cancellation Policy
A minimum of 24 hours notice is required to cancel or reschedule an appointment. This allows us the opportunity to offer the time to another client. Appointments canceled with less than 24 hours notice may be subject to a fee of 50% of the scheduled service. Any unpaid balance must be settled prior to booking your next appointment.
Late Arrivals
Your appointment time is reserved specifically for you. If you arrive late, your session may be shortened to avoid impacting subsequent appointments. The full session fee will still apply, regardless of the length of the treatment received.
No-Shows
Clients who miss their appointment without notice will be considered a no-show. The full service amount will be charged to the card on file or invoiced and is due immediately. Future appointments cannot be scheduled until the balance is paid. If a membership session was scheduled, it will be forfeited.
Illness Policy
To maintain a safe and healthy environment, we ask that you reschedule your appointment if you are feeling unwell or experiencing symptoms of illness. If you arrive with visible symptoms, you may be asked to reschedule. This policy is in place to protect your health, as well as that of our therapists and other clients.
