POLICIES

At Narjé Massage & Wellness we understand that unanticipated events happen in everyone's life. In our desire to be effective and fair to all of our clients, and out of consideration to the therapist's time, we have adopted the following policies:

CANCELLATION POLICY

A 24 hour advance notice is required when cancelling or rescheduling an appointment. This allows the opportunity for someone else to schedule an appointment. If you are unable to give 24 hours advance notice, you may be charged 50% of the service. In the event that this amount is not paid at the time of cancellation, it must be paid prior to your next scheduled appointment.

ARRIVING LATE

Appointment times have been arranged specifically for you. If you arrive late, your session may be shortened in order to accommodate others whose appointments follow yours. Depending upon how late you arrive, your therapist will determine if there is enough time remaining to provide a high quality treatment. Regardless of the length of the treatment actually given, you will be responsible for payment of the "full" session scheduled.

NO-SHOWS

Anyone who either forgets or consciously chooses to forgo their appointment will be considered a "no-show" and the credit card on file will be charged and/or you will be invoiced the full amount of the service. Payment is due immediately. Rescheduled appointments will not be accepted until payment is fulfilled. If an issued membership session was to be redeemed, the session will be forfeited.

SICK POLICY

In an effort to maintain a healthy environment, we ask that if you are sick or have the onset of symptoms of an illness that you reschedule your appointment. If you arrive for your appointment with symptoms of an illness, you will be asked to reschedule your appointment. This is for your well being as well as the health of other therapists and clients.

CELL PHONE USAGE

In our effort to maintain a relaxing and tranquil atmosphere for clients, we ask that all cell phones be silenced or turned off upon entering our center.
