At Narjé Massage & Wellness we understand that unanticipated events happen in everyone's life. In our desire to be effective and fair to all of our clients, and out of consideration to the therapist's time, we have adopted the following policies:

24 hour advance notice is required when cancelling an appointment. This allows the opportunity for someone else to schedule an appointment. If you are unable to give 24 hours advance notice, you may be charged 50% of what would have been your treatment fee. In the event that this amount is not paid at the time of cancellation, it must be paid prior to your next scheduled appointment.

Appointment times have been arranged specifically for you. If you arrive late, your session may be shortened in order to accommodate others whose appointments follow yours. Depending upon how late you arrive, your therapist will determine if there is enough time remaining to provide a high quality treatment. Regardless of the length of the treatment actually given, you will be responsible for payment of the "full" session scheduled.

Anyone who either forgets or consciously chooses to forgo their appointment will be considered a "no-show". They will be charged for their "missed" appointment and future service will be denied until payment is made.

In an effort to maintain a healthy environment, we ask that if you are sick (which includes a cold, a fever, the flu, etc) or have the onset of symptoms of an illness that you reschedule your appointment. If you arrive for your appointment with symptoms of an illness, you will be asked to reschedule your appointment. This is for your well being as well as the health of other therapists and clients.

In our effort to maintain a relaxing and tranquil atmosphere for clients, we ask that all cell phones be silenced or turned off upon entering our center. Cell phone use is not permitted beyond the reception area.

Cancellations for inclement weather will be made on a case-by-case basis, and will not be subject to the 24 hour cancellation policy. If you feel that you are unable to safely make it to your appointment due to weather related road conditions, please call, text or email as early as possible.
